if you have rental car coverage. Advise your insurance company that you want Paragon Auto Body to repair your vehicle.

if my vehicle has frame damage?
Most cars today are built using unibody construction, which means that the frame
and body of the car are welded together. When your car is involved in a collision, it may have some type of movement to the
unibody which we will find when we measure the alignment of the frame. With our specialized equipment, we are able to straighten
or replace the damaged part to within factory approved specs.
How long my vehicle will repairs take
There are many factors that need to be considered. For example: How extensive your repair is and if there
is a supplement on hidden damages after the teardown. Also how long it takes for your insurance company to
return for a reinspection.
We can estimate the amount of time it takes to repair your vehicle, but please
remember that this is only an estimate. Sometimes parts have to be ordered from the factory, they are placed on back order,
and the wrong parts are sent to us and sometimes come to our shop damaged. And keep in mind; the longer we keep your vehicle
the more it costs us in terms of valuable storage and repair facility space, so we will get it back to you as quickly as we
can.

ultimately you the customer are responsible for all costs pertaining to the repair of your vehicle. Paragon Auto
Body requires full payment upon return of your vehicle to you. Payments from your insurance company maybe
made payable to you alone, or you and the body shop. either case you can just sign the check over to us and we will stamp
it for deposit.

as for additional parts might arise. If this occurs we will have you sign a direction to pay authorizing your insurance
company to pay us directly.
